Dan Kennedy went above my expectations when talking with him about parts for one of my vehicles [my household owns 5 Fords currently . . . looking at #6 with Rita!]; During the discussion, we talked about o him about parts for one of my vehicles [my household owns 5 Fords currently . . . looking at #6 with Rita!]; During the discussion, we talked about one of my vehicle issues & he said it still had extended warranty & he would check the shop availability for me! Got me schedule within a few days & got me set up with pick up & delivery! It is ALWAYS awesome when you can talk to one department & they look out for YOU AS THE CUSTOMER! I am sure he could have just sold me parts & moved on, but took the time to listen, not something most people would have done. More

Dan Kennedy Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. Springfield Ford has had my car for four months! I do not know why anyone would purchase a Ford Focus or go to Springfield Ford. My 2017 has been in the Springfield shop since 12 February for an engi I do not know why anyone would purchase a Ford Focus or go to Springfield Ford. My 2017 has been in the Springfield shop since 12 February for an engine problem. It is 6 June. The Ford dealer has had it longer than I could drive it and it has less than 5k miles. I have had no communication since 15 May from Ford. A new car under full warranty and it has been in the shop four months. They could have easily provided a new car by now with what has been paid to Enterprise rental. No contact from the dealer General Manager or Ford. Avoid this car avoid this dealer. More

A couple of weeks ago, my AC stopped Just a quick review to let everyone know how helpful Dan Kennedy and the Springfield Ford service department is. A couple of weeks ago, my AC stopped working on my 2009 Ford Fusion. After talking to Dan Kennedy from the service department, he assured me that everything would be looked over and that my car would be back to normal asap. After analysis of my problem, the situation was rectified and I was back on the road. The best part is, all of my repairs were covered under my extended warranty so there was no charge to me. Great service and professional treatment. Springfield Ford earned my future business. More
