The sales rep, Sam, was very helpful by not being high pressure and simply We had a very pleasant experience buying our vehicles at Youngblood Nissan. The sales rep, Sam, was very helpful by not being high pressure and simply being courteous and listening to what we wanted and needed in a vehicle. Steve, who handled the financial paperwork, explained everything very well and got us through what can be a time consuming process rather quickly and very efficiently. We also had a unique situation pop up just before we were coming in to pick up our second vehicle and Aaron Swanson stepped in with an amazing offer to help to smooth out a problem of my own making. Rogue Initial Comp oil change/tire rotation! What A Place! My scheduled Saturday appointment was on time to the minute. Service was completed in a timely manner. I don't like to camp out at service centers which I have done to many times at other shops, especially on a Saturday. The waiting room was comfortable, clean, and full of snacks including Starbucks! The snacks were a hit with my 10 year old Grandson and his friend, they seemed to enjoy the experience too. I purchased my Rogue in July and this was my first service appointment which was complimentary, it was a good beginning to a long relationship. I felt so taken care of! More
