Great shopping, rough buying I really enjoyed shopping for my car at the dealership! My salesman, Jon, was very easygoing and helpful. He even arranged for me to drive the car hom I really enjoyed shopping for my car at the dealership! My salesman, Jon, was very easygoing and helpful. He even arranged for me to drive the car home that night so I could have it before officially buying it the next day! The air conditioner was broken so he worked it out so it would be fixed before I took the car home for good at no cost to me. When I returned to purchase the car, however, everything seemed to take a really long time due to many instances of miscommunication among the different departments (sales, finance, service). Everyone was very friendly, but no one seemed to know what the other was doing. Then, I called to see if my car had been fixed after waiting three business days and not hearing from them as promised. They said the car had been fixed, but no one had called to let me know. Not everything had been done to the car as promised so they took care of that right away. When I picked up my car, though, the air was still not working so I had to leave it again. Hopefully, it will be fixed tomorrow. I really enjoyed the employees, but I think they just need to fine tune their operations. More
