I broke down over 10 hours away from home. I was traveling and broke down. The service department was great. They welcomed me and started helping me right away. Seriously, I HATE car shopping and car salesman Nissan has been amazing from looking, buying, and keeping up maintenance through their service center. Seriously, I HATE car shopping and car salesman. I dread the experience and will complain the entire time. However, since the first time I walked onto a Nissan lot it has been nothing but amazing. They weren't pushy, there was no hovering, it was just nice to shop and breathe instead of feeling pushed into something. We actually went in for used and ended up getting rid of an old vehicle and going only one year old. Every maintenance visit I work with the same guy, Wes, he's wonderful and always breaks everything down for me while keeping up to date on what I need next time and how to keep my warranty maintained. More
