Best customer service/service dept ever My suv acted up on a trip out of town, I took it to Youngblood Nissan and my transmission was going out along with two rear wheel ball bearings. They My suv acted up on a trip out of town, I took it to Youngblood Nissan and my transmission was going out along with two rear wheel ball bearings. They set me up with a rental to be able to get back to St. Louis. Fixed my transmission and found that the issue with the ball bearings was under warranty just like the transmission. They fixed my windshield washer tube and kept me updated on everything, every step of the way!!!! If only all car dealerships were like this More

Andy Burkenmper Service Advisor goes above and beyond I had a concern about my Nissan Altima car battery and they got me right in to check it out. I had just experienced the loss of my husband who normall I had a concern about my Nissan Altima car battery and they got me right in to check it out. I had just experienced the loss of my husband who normally brought my car in for maintenance and they remembered him by name and were so consoling to me. I have never experienced such unbelievable service. I drove away knowing my car would be dependable. regular oil change and maintenance suggestions I bought my 2015 Nissan Rouge from Youngblood Nissan a year and a half ago. I was skeptical about continuing to have my car serviced by a dealership I bought my 2015 Nissan Rouge from Youngblood Nissan a year and a half ago. I was skeptical about continuing to have my car serviced by a dealership since I always thought they would be higher priced and I have gone to a very competent mechanic for years. My car had warranties so I thought I would give Youngblood a shot. I have been very pleased with their professionalism and straightforward suggestions for maintenance, with no pressure. I enjoy the comfortable waiting area with snacks too, but mostly appreciate the service technicians and their quality of workmanship. My car is washed many times as well after having been serviced. I would highly recommend Youngblood Nissan to anyone. More
