Refinished headlights Daniel was very helpful on the phone when I called in to ask about service. Day of they were very busy with phone calls and appointments. What I expected to be 1.5 - 2hr appointment turned into a 3-3.5hr appointment. Was frustrating at the end but Daniel did keep me posted and I could tell was pushing to get my car out. He also found a recall on my car and set up the fix and ordered the parts while I was there. More

All Smiles! Everyone in the office and service bay had a smile and appeared eager to answer a question or give any help needed. So impressed with waiting area that offered breakfast bars to cocoa to popcorn, and had tablets for customer use at their laptop counter, along with plenty of comfortable seating and magazines and TV available. White-glove clean service bay. Felt more like I had staff and butlers rather than just checking in with service techs. I asked a question about my lease and the techs pointed me to the fleet manager who also took great care of my concerns. Brought my Altima in for warranty work and used their shuttle service (Jack was friendly and prompt each way). When my car was done, it had been washed and had a cold water bottle waiting for me when I got in to drive home. 'WOW service'. More
