Excellent Service Department I took my car for its second oil change and tire rotation. Andy was the service specialist who helped me. I would give him 5 stars all of the time. They knew I was in a hurry so Andy made sure that my car was taken care of as quickly as possible because I had to get back to work. While I was there I was also impressed with the Toys for Tots celebration that was going on inside. The showroom was full of toys for children that were less fortunate. There was also a concert being given by the young children from one of the schools. It was quite amazing. And I thank y'all for doing that each year. I was focusing today in my review on the service department. Thank you so much for the kind service. When I got back in my car to go to work they had left me a water bottle inside and given me a ticket for a car wash at a later time since I had been in a hurry that day. Andy was just very kind he is always very kind, and all of the people in the service department are. I just really appreciate it. I was almost in tears on my way back to work because they made it so easy and so stress-free. Thank you so much. And may God bless you all and have a happy holiday. More

First Visit Daniel took excellent care of me. It just so happened that I needed my license plates mounted at about the same time that I needed a tire checked for Daniel took excellent care of me. I asked Daniel if they would mind putting on the plates, he said "no problem" without hesitation. My experience was pleasant and efficient; the cost was reasonable, and so was the wait (I didn't have an appointment). I will return. Juke wouldn’t start, took them a week to figure out The woman I first contacted was super friendly and helpful. I’m a freshman in collage and I’m 3 hours away from my family. My 2011 Juke wouldn’t start The woman I first contacted was super friendly and helpful. I’m a freshman in collage and I’m 3 hours away from my family. My 2011 Juke wouldn’t start and wouldn’t jump. It took them a week to even get it started and they tried out a lot of different things. They charged almost $400 dollars just to replace my sparkplugs. They did some extra work we didn’t ask for but didn’t charge us. Overall the customer service was good but I was at a disadvantage in a new town and feel like they upcharged me for a solution they didn’t even know would work. More
