1st Service Visit I LOVED my 1st visit to Youngblood. They where super helpful and made my visit fast and easy. High prices, little consideration for customers I came in for an oil change and recall warranty check. Wes talked me into rotating the tires as well and I brought up that my trunk wasn't opening fro I came in for an oil change and recall warranty check. Wes talked me into rotating the tires as well and I brought up that my trunk wasn't opening from inside the car. He acknowledged my concern, but did not say whether or not he would look into it. Since he seemed to be taking notes on the situation, I just assumed that he was looking into the trunk issue. The appointment was at 9am and did not receive a call about my car being done until a little after 4pm same day. Once I got there, I had to put the antenna to my car back on myself and nothing was done about my trunk not opening. I found this to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customers wants and needs. More

I feel it should be taken care of at no charge because I baby my car and it’s slightly out of warranty! I didn’t have time to negotiate so I had to settle for an un fixed handle.
