Shawn, was amazing with honoring the deal offered to earn our business. As a small car lot, we want to do good, honorable business and he earned our Nissan business. Christian and, I forgot the new Service Advisor partner’s name (sorry), but they were wonderful with tracking down the car, keys, and paperwork and did it within minutes. The negative was they finished so fast, I couldn’t finish my coffee! Awesome job guys. You changed my mind about Nissan dealerships and large dealerships in general. Bravo! More
