Was working on an online deal for a new Rouge, there was mention of a $2K dealer charged, when I asked about it the sales rep skirted around it so of course the price advertised on the website as well as th mention of a $2K dealer charged, when I asked about it the sales rep skirted around it so of course the price advertised on the website as well as their "Approximate" breakdown and payment was totally off since when it came down to running final #'s, they offered me $1300 less than KBB and also had to tack on a $2K dealer charge. They were deceptive when i asked about it originally, I assumed since I was not given a clear answer it would be in the advertised price of the vehicle. They should not advertise a vehicle price online without all charges included, I get tax is extra but not a dealer upcharge. I was a loyal Nissan customer, I am now purchasing a different model car from a different dealer as there is no way I will be buying anything from this dealership. More
