We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Our standard time for an oil change and tire rotation is approximately 1 1/2 hours which should be told to you when checking in. I apologize if this did not happen. This includes a car wash and all paperwork. As far as amenities, we offer coffee and water but unfortunately since covid started, we had to remove our pre packaged snacks. We do hope to offer this again in the future, but for now, this is how it has to be to ensure the safety of our guests.
