Everyone was so great and I felt comfortable and like they were really taking the time for my car. I have been to other places, where they treat me like an idiot because I am a women, or are just rushed and don’t even explain anything or what my car might be due for on maintenance. He answers every question I have and is extemely easy to work with. He actually makes getting my Nissan Frontier serviced a great experience. I will never go anywhere else. Good service, poor communication When I first took my car in, Chase was in charge of my service. He was really helpful and was great at explaining what was going on with each step tha When I first took my car in, Chase was in charge of my service. He was really helpful and was great at explaining what was going on with each step that they were taking but then he had some time off and everything went downhill from there. I was told to contact Daniel, which I did, and he told me he was busy and would call me back. I waited a whole day and never got a call back, even after I left voicemails. I also had a family member, who sold me the car, call and leave messages, he also never got a call back. The next day I came up there to pick it up and was told it had been done, so I’m unsure why I never got a call to tell me it was ready. I was also unhappy because I was told the diagnostic would cost about $100-150 and I ended up paying $250 and no one really explained why it was more than what I was told. More
