Andy Burkemper anticipated our needs and offered solutions we hadn't even thought of, including: * Suggesting a place for the tow truck driver to park the car to allow the fuel tank to fully drain * Offering a rental vehicle through the dealership while we waited for the repairs to be made — and at the reduced price our insurance would cover * Suggesting local restaurants and gas stations * Rush ordering the parts so work could be completed before the weekend * Following up with the insurance company to move the claim and repair order along; he even took photos and uploaded them to the insurance agent so we didn't have to wait days for an adjuster to arrive * Providing us with status updates and promptly returning our calls As you can imagine, experiencing a debilitating car accident so far from home and in an unfamiliar area is overwhelming.
