Chaos and confusion. Pulled in and there were lots of employees but it took a couple of minutes to get anybody’s attention. Car was finished by the time promised but after 10-15 minutes I had to go track down someone to find out what was going on. They had trouble finding my paperwork, then told me my service advisor was someone I hadn’t spoken with. Everyone I spoke with seemed willing to help but no one really knew what to do. I finally met my “service advisor” for a few seconds at the cashier. Maybe they were short staffed or something was going on, but this was not the best example of their service. More
