Great oil change experience This is the second time I’ve gone to get my oil changed at Youngblood Nissan, and it was just as good as the first experience. Chase did a great job a This is the second time I’ve gone to get my oil changed at Youngblood Nissan, and it was just as good as the first experience. Chase did a great job and was very informative and personable. The waiting area is very clean and has complementary snack and a tv. Overall I would recommend coming here for service as they pricematch tire sales, run specials on oil and filter changes, and have a nice area to wait and relax. More

Customer service declined I have bought several cars at Youngblood Nissan but lately the service department has a do not care about the customers attitude. I have had to bring I have bought several cars at Youngblood Nissan but lately the service department has a do not care about the customers attitude. I have had to bring my car in multiple times for the same issues. The first one was I had a tire sensor coming on. I brought my car in and they said nothing was wrong. The next time I came in for the same issue they found the nail in my tire. The second issue was the front end collision sensor. It kept saying it was unavailable. I brought my car in and they said the sensor was just dirty. The issue kept happening so they said maybe I need a new bracket. I was going on vacation so I said order one and then it could be fixed when I got home. Little did I know how bad not having that sensor work was. It was dangerous on the highway! It would kick off the cruise control. I called about getting it fixed and was told there was a recall on the sensor but they were on back order. These issues started in July and it is now the end of September. We finally had to call the guy who sold us the car to get things done. I only had one day I could get this done since surprisingly they had the part. I was told it would take half a day and no rental cars were available for me to use. I guess the old standard of giving a car a car wash after it was in the service department is gone also. More
