The saga continues. Took our Sentra to the dealership on multiple occasions for what seemed like engine issues. 1st time in late 2021, 2nd time in early 2022 and the l Took our Sentra to the dealership on multiple occasions for what seemed like engine issues. 1st time in late 2021, 2nd time in early 2022 and the latest in late November, 2022. The 1st 2 times I was told that they could not find any issues. When I asked for the documentation, I was told that they kept that and would scan that information in to their system. This last time, they were able to find a code and verified that the CVT was bad and needed replaced. As this is the transmission that had class-action lawsuits filed, I called Nissan corporate to see about getting the transmission repaired. They stated that since they had no record of my previous service attempts, there was nothing they could do. This dealership never documented my 1st 2 visits to have this issue diagnosed. The Nissan corporate agreed and if they don't find anything, there is nothing to document. They even stated that service performed at non-Nissan places would not be considered as they do not know what they did. Stay away from this place. No wonder why they keep losing franchise rights, bad management and poor customer service. More
