The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. 149.00 plus tax for a diagnostic fee to tell me they couldn’t diagnose the problem without clearing codes like tire pressure, low def fuel, etc yet it would plus tax for a diagnostic fee to tell me they couldn’t diagnose the problem without clearing codes like tire pressure, low def fuel, etc yet it would cost $1,000 to fix those problems, even though my truck is under warranty. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. More

Limited on how they could help me due to upper Nissan management. 4 yr old Nissan vehicle with a blown transmission & a stereo system that stopped working ocer a year ago (no radio, CD player, vocal Navi management. 4 yr old Nissan vehicle with a blown transmission & a stereo system that stopped working ocer a year ago (no radio, CD player, vocal Navigation, etc) and Nissan regional customer support rep sounded like he could care less. As for the dealership: I guess I expected the front floor to be vacuumed since there was nothing in their way from doing so, and after paying for a useless diagnostic that told me no more than I already knew it would have been nice to have my tires aired up to their proper poundage. Guess I’m expecting too much from an overpriced dealer. More

Chase was so helpful and nice when I had a tire emergency!!!! They took my car in right away and I used the shuttle while waiting. Everything worked out so great !!
