Service shop needs improvement on customer service. I was expecting a part to be overnighted, and no one called to inform me of delay. I had to call myself to find the status, and get my car 24 hours later t expecting a part to be overnighted, and no one called to inform me of delay. I dropped my car off on Monday night for a Tuesday service appt at 8:30 AM. I came back on Wednesday morning at 10:30am to pick my car up only to find out it hadn’t even been touched. I drive from Bra service appt at 8:30 AM. I came back on Wednesday morning at 10:30am to pick my car up only to find out it hadn’t even been touched. I drive from Branson to Springfield for these appts and so it’s not exactly convenient. The only reason I give them two stars is because they provided me a loaner car that day to do my shopping that I had intended to do and they did finish my car by that afternoon on Wednesday. They also comped my Service for my next appointment. It was an unacceptable debacle that I hope never happens again. More
