Service rep was really nice and helpful. Cost was way to high. Unable to find or fix my problem. Service recommend to do was to expensive. I could get original Nissan parts for half of what dealer wanted. W More

Connie reached out in response to my review. After our conversation, i believe a large part of our issues was mostly a miscommunication and an assumption on our part about how long the service should take. Yesterday was a long day for us and we were frustrated with many things outside of our service and it played a part in our decision to make the review. I have seen Chase multiple times and i have never before had a bad experience. I would just chalk this up to a bad day. I apologize to Chase for the negative review. I will be giving him a second chance and hopefully he will do the same for us!
