Connie reached out in response to my review. After our conversation, i believe a large part of our issues was mostly a miscommunication and an assumption on our part about how long the service should take. Yesterday was a long day for us and we were frustrated with many things outside of our service and it played a part in our decision to make the review. I have seen Chase multiple times and i have never before had a bad experience. I would just chalk this up to a bad day. I apologize to Chase for the negative review. I will be giving him a second chance and hopefully he will do the same for us!

It seems your service department is either vindictive or overbooked to the point of sloppy workmanship. Both times they installed my transmission their lack of attention to detail damaged my car, lost time for me at work & cost me money. This was the first car i bought from a dealership & the overall experiences have changed my mind about the integrity & reliability of Nissan. I didn't know the 2009 Murano was a dective model but i continued to pay for it & the repairs to the point of bankruptcy. Thanks for a very valuable & hard learned lesson on sleazy car dealers & manufacturers.
