Both times that Youngblood Nissan worked on the transmission in my Murano they did more damage than service. Both times it was when I was trying to get back to work after surgery & could NOT afford transmission in my Murano they did more damage than service. Both times it was when I was trying to get back to work after surgery & could NOT afford to be without a car. They forgot to bolt the mounts in the first time so my transmission came apart under me & they told me it was my steering rack. Another shop proved they were wrong so they put in another transmission. I was without my car for three weeks while again trying to get back to work after surgery. Couldn't afford a rental & none was provided. That time they broke the seal on the differential when they dropped it to put in the transmission & it leaked out & killed my car. Their shoddy work & inattention to detail has taken what was a survivable situation & pushed it into bankruptcy for me. Cars are mechanical. I expect breakdowns. What makes a dealership worthy of my business is their service department & commitment to quality. Youngblood just doesn't have the integrity to earn my business again. I didn't even get to pay off my Murano before their service killed it. I'll be looking into a lawsuit over their lies & trying to charge me thousands of dollars for (proven) unnecessary repairs. More

I took my 2009 Murano to Youngblood to replace my transmission. They failed to bolt the transmission mounts so it came apart when I was driving. I took it back, they told me it was my steering. Another shop proved it was the transmission so they changed it again. This time I noticed a noise & learned that my differential had no fluid because Youngblood failed to fill it or replace the seal. I just want a car that runs & repairs that don't need to be corrected every time. More

They were able to diagnose and fix my car in a couple days; they even washed it for me (which they always do).
