I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to having my car fixed on a recall notice from Nissan. Upon arrival I was told by Chris that the part was no longer available for my car probably given to someone els fixed on a recall notice from Nissan. Upon arrival I was told by Chris that the part was no longer available for my car probably given to someone else said Chris..then I was handed over to Greg which he had to order the part and he would contact me when it comes in. When I went out to my car to leave my car was on the a.c. was on full blast my driver side window was down and no one in attendance. Very unprofessional and rude to treat a guest this way!!! More
