But did not fix the problem, and it still vibrates. I have the extended warranty even though it only has 57,500 mile,and it had 37000 when I bought from them. I might not buy another car or truck from them. They have high prices for their service. 116 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 2:15 appointment, arrived early. Pulled into an empty service bay. One person on the phone. Waited until service advisor came back from lunch I assumed, then as he was checking me in, he was more interested in up grading me to a tire rotation. Then he said I should have a 250 dollar transmission service as it was due at 60,000 miles. More
The men in the Service department was really rude upon arrival. And unprofessional. They left my keys in my car in the parking lot when it was finished. Had me move the car 3 times when I arrived.
