They are always very professional and customer friendly. I was surprised that they no longer have a cashier inside the showroom. My Service Advisor had to print my invoice and take my payment at his compu I was surprised that they no longer have a cashier inside the showroom. My Service Advisor had to print my invoice and take my payment at his computer out in the service entrance area. That is very busy and extremely hot this time of year. It is uncomfortable for the customer and the employee to finalize the transaction there. More

We stopped in to your service department because of an issue we were having with our Titan Pro4X. The issue was resolved and we were delighted with the service we received. Our service writer, Wes Oldham issue we were having with our Titan Pro4X. The issue was resolved and we were delighted with the service we received. Our service writer, Wes Oldham is a consummate professional with excellent people skills. Normally I couldn’t make this statement based on only one visit but Wes was my go-to expert when I owned a 2000 Sierra and he was at Thompson’s. I used Wes until we had over 367,000 miles on that truck and gave it to our son. Y’all are fortunate to have Wes. And when we move back to MO we will continue to use Youngblood. More
