We were on vacation and experienced a issue with our Nissan Armada not starting. We called Wes the service manager knew exactly what was wrong. I was very impressed with the service I got at Nissan Youngblood. They got me in early and and helped me out right away. Sent me to the waiting area to wait and shortly thereafter I got a text telling me Youngblood. They got me in early and and helped me out right away. Sent me to the waiting area to wait and shortly thereafter I got a text telling me that if I needed anything this was the person I could contact gave me a phone number to call or text to reach this person. They estimated an hour I was done in 45 minutes. He came and got me went over everything with me was very friendly offered me a bottle of water if I needed it answered a couple of questions and then let me know if I got the cord I was looking for and still needed help to come back and they would help me immediately. He was super friendly and nice and when I got in the car they had already given me an extra bottle of water. And then I was done and on my way. They are definitely super friendly super courteous and very very helpful. Thanks so much More
