It was a pleasant experience with a comfortable area to wait. We didn’t get pushed to the “back of the line” because of the fact that it was a free service. Overall, very pleased with the service. Minus the long weekend for the holiday, the car was in, diagnosed, and parts replaced within a couple days. We also received some additional service on the house to account for our vehicle sitting mostly idle in storage for 3 years - this was unexpected and very much appreciated. I dropped a star because of communication during the first 24 hours. It was "getting hooked up," "about to be started," or "getting pulled into the garage right now," which left me expecting a call. An honest estimate of number of cars ahead of me or whether it is in the garage yet would have increased my comfort level and kept me from calling to figure out what was taking so long with the diagnosis that hadn't even started.
