Everyone is always so nice when I go there. My reason for a 4 star rating is because they took an hour and a half to change my oil and rotate my tires. That has not been the case in the past and so they may a 4 star rating is because they took an hour and a half to change my oil and rotate my tires. However, it would’ve been better if they checked in with me rather than me having to find out why it was taking so long. More
Needed service on my Nissan Rogue. I parked in a spot near the service area and a young guy walked out and was super rude. I don’t know what his name was but I think he had short dark blonde hair. He gave me a puzzled look and acted like I was dumb for parking there and he asked for my key and took it inside. Chase was my service advisor and he was awesome! Very polite guy and explained everything to me. Aremus was the mechanic and he was super cool and came in to talk to me about my air filter. I will definitely come back in the future because Chase and Aremus were super good at their jobs! Never let those guys go! Need to talk to that young guy who drove me car in though, he was very unpleasant but I’m doing this survey to help the other two out that were super helpful. More
Made appointment by phone was quick and easy. Came in to get oil change and got right in and serviced in less than hour. Customer service was excellent and speedy. The only issue I experienced was first tim get oil change and got right in and serviced in less than hour. Customer service was excellent and speedy. The only issue I experienced was first time I have received oil change from this location, and I was charged $83.00. I said something to the service tech at cashier that I have never paid that much for oil change only. He put a $10.00 coupon to make it 73.00 in which I highly appreciated. However I have been to several Nissan dealerships in Missouri and never pay more than $60.00 for oil change. So I have to say I probably will not be back do to price only More

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and they were very nice. I waited in the comfortable lobby and it wasn't long before they were done and I got to be on my way.
