Rude service manager! I took my Acadia in to get aligned and serviced. When I went to pick up my car the service advisor told me that I needed new tires and he had them on I took my Acadia in to get aligned and serviced. When I went to pick up my car the service advisor told me that I needed new tires and he had them on sale that day. I told him I wasn't going to buy the tires that day. So he asked me in front of everyone in the service department and I quote! "is it a money issue? Can't you afford them?" Honestly it's none of his business what my finances are! So again I told him that I am not buying tires at this time and I just wanted to pay for the service and the alignment. That's when I found out that he didn't do the alignment. Stating my tires were too worn to do it! I am a car guy and I love GM products but I have never been so disrespected at a dealership in my life! Service makes a dealership folks and Mr. Mazza's rude service has made me never want to step foot at that dealership again, even though I live in Brockport my warranty work will be done at Bob Johnson otherwise I'll fix it myself!
