This is the most deceptive group of people I’ve ever dealt with. I saw a vehicle online for 19k.. After I went in and met with my sales person I wait for hours to sign the paperwork. It got really late after closing and as a female alone I felt very uncomfortable being locked up in the dealership by myself with the 2 men that were left in the building. My salesperson also told me a sob story and I felt bad having him work so late, and just wanted to quickly sign the paperwork and get out of there. As an overworked, exhausted mom of 3 I just needed a car and needed to get back home to my kid that night. I did something that wasn’t smart. I signed all of the paperwork without thinking it through. I was given a flash drive that was supposed to have my paperwork. After thoroughly thinking the purchase through I realized I had been ripped off. Somehow I ended up. With a 33k loan on a vehicle listed for 19k, after putting 4 k down. I was charged with the most absurd fees I’ve ever seen from a dealer. When I tried calling the next day they refused to talk to me.the class five I was given does not really have my all of my paperwork like I was told. I’ve never felt so deceived in my whole life. Stay away from these people. They are no good, dishonest people. I don’t understand how they are still in business. More

A used car has used wear. They do not invest to make right what you don’t see. Brakes, Rotors, etc. As long as tires are minimum of 2/32s they pass.
