I purchased a 2020 BMW X6M at this dealership. . due to the mileage and year the car would fall under a 60 day warrenty to get any issues the car has completed, within the time frame. the Vehicle w . due to the mileage and year the car would fall under a 60 day warrenty to get any issues the car has completed, within the time frame. the Vehicle was transported to me from NJ to upstate NY. upon arrival i notice there was a shiny metal object poking out of the driver side rear tire. upon futher inspection i noticed the rear driver tire was in fact Punchered by a nice sized bolt. pictures tooken before car came off flatbed. on the passanger side i noticed the rear tired was plugged. none of this was stated to me at time of purchase. I immediately call the dealership advised them of the situation they told me someone would get back to me.. at this time no one has gotten back to me. I called numerous times to be told the person who would contact me in off today. this is the same excuse i keep getting and no follow up and this matter from the dealers side has occurred. I then proceeded to reach out via email and via phone. I'll either get no response, no reply, the person whom is supposed to reach out is either in a meeting or off, and lastly the notorious phone disconnection. I then took a step further and do to current experience with this dealership my anxiety drove me to get the car full inspected by my local BMW dealership. upon inspection BMW found major issue with the front sensor which controls the sensoring of the vehicle even cruise control. they also found that both rear tires should be replaced. I provide the findings that my local BMW dealership gave me and provided an copy to sq1auto dealership and now I'm getting the same results, if not even worse. This was a very expensive purchase as the car was listed online for $77900 and when i bought the car i did not realize at the time the price spiked up to $82900. after I made the establishment aware of the situation it took the dealership 48 hrs to respond to me with a answer as the response I kept getting was they will have to wait to hear from owner for approval. according to the dealership the answer was the dealership agreed to pick up the vehicle and perform all work and replace defective parts returning my car back to me top shape with no defects. the vehicle was in the dealership hands for 3 weeks. here's the kicker. everytime i called to get a update status to my vehicle, I was told the car is in the shop being repaired and will be returned back to me brand new. but was never told were the car was being serviced. by midway of week 2, i called dealership demanding I have a right to know the whereabouts of my vehicle, I was told the car is in the bwm dealership getting serviced. I then advised what BMW dealership and then the famous word play of not telling me where my car was began. since i was not getting confirmation on what work was being done to the car and when exactly will my car be returned to me. I then started to reach out to every BMW dealership in the area to my knowledge all of the dealership i called confirmed the vehicle was not in the bmw shop being serviced. when I found this information out. I immediately called the dealership (square 1 auto) advising where is my vehicle, the replied back was the car was in fact at the bmw dealership, i then advised for the contact information of the so called dealership my vehicle was in. it took days and still no information on where my car was located. I then advised the establishment I was the rightful owner of the vehicle and have every right in the law to know where is my car. still got no anwser, 4 or 5 managers later I advised of the situation and stated since I'm not getting any concrete information on my vehicle I'm giving this establishment 48hrs to returned my vehicle back to me if the vehicle was not back in my hands within 48hrs, I'm reporting my vehicle as being stolen. to my surprise the car arrives to my location within a few hours. as soon as the car arrives, i immediately notice the tires in rear were still damaged, & issues were still present. More

The price was $5000 more than the online price. Told it was a cash price- but NOT ADVERTISED AS SUCH! Changed color online as well using filters. What I thought to be white was an ugly baby blue. Sent the salesman pics to prove the color "adjustment" but no replies to that or the $5000 lower price online. Wasted 5 hour round trip! The car wreaked of cigarettes , had burn marks all over the interior and the car shook at stop lights (salesman said he couldn't feel it :) LOL More
