I recently purchased a '25 RAV4 XLE, and it was honestly, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Bob Pearson was wonderful! In person, Bob is even more delightful! He is forthcoming, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota. At no point did I feel pressured, or misled about anything. Bob made it an enjoyable experience, like it's supposed to be. Bob is the high bar that other salespeople should hold themselves too. St Charles had the best advertised prices, and should be acknowledged as a fair, honest, upfront dealership- no games, no hidden fees. I appreciated the ease of this transaction - Bob was with me through the entire process. I was not bounced around from sales, to finance, to delivery like so many other dealerships; making you feel like being herded. Exact opposite experience here; I felt valued, and appreciated as a their Customer. They also respected my time, making me feel like a priority - I was headed home in my new vehicle within 2 hours. Not only have we never returned to a previous new or used car dealer, we’ve ne previous car purchase we’ve had, which includes over a dozen vehicles. Not only have we never returned to a previous new or used car dealer, we’ve never recommended one to friends and family. Bob Pearson was such a pleasure to deal with while he explained the features and values of the car, the warranty, the dealership and himself and his methods. Everything was explained to our satisfaction, with a promise to be available to answer any future questions we may have. Also, the deal closing with Derrick Wiseman was pleasurable, with zero unexpected offers or expenses. I don’t know if Bob will still be there the next time we or anyone in our family needs a new or used vehicle, but we’ll find out- it will be our first stop. More

My husband and I purchased a 2024 RAV4LE from this dealer. We were unaware that it was one building address for new cars and a different location for used cars. We wanted to stay with the brand and make of the vehicle we were driving and I wanted to trade in our old vehicle to make a deal. Our RAV4 was twenty five years old, and they did allow it to be traded in after being rejected by two other dealers in the area. We were treated well during our time there. This car was our first experience with the modern electronics that are in vehicles so Bob Pearson went out of his way to help us understand how everything worked with hands on demonstrations. After the sale, he even called us at home to see if everything was going fine. I shared some concerns and he told us to come back and he would take care of it himself. In the finance department, we didn't know whether we should purchase certain products, but I believe Roger Miller helped us make the wisest decision for future unknowns without feeling pressured to do so. I am unsure of the person's name who put the plates on our vehicle, but he was very kind and helpful to me personally. I thought my old RAV4 was the best car ever. The new one is even better. Thank you St Charles Toyota for taking great care of us in unfamiliar territory. We would recommend you to anyone looking for a car. More

Today I called, they got the 4Runner and I can see it online but she wasn't aware it is coming to them which is fine but then she said they will only sell to customers within 10 miles radius and I am 20 miles from them. What a waste of time to deal with her and that dealership. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. More
