St. Cloud Subaru - Service Center

I purchased my car from St. cloud Subaru in August. When doing my first oil changed I noticed some leaks. I called in as they were to be covered under my warranty. Ben was able to set up an appointment for further diagnosis. After this I was informed that I would need to/ was recommended to send my car to a GM dealer for the repairs as I have a Chevy. They were very upfront about this and wanted to make sure I got proper service and repairs. Ben and Joe very kindly explained how my warranty works and directed me to a couple other local dealers to have work done at. When I went to pick up my car Callista helped me and gave me the correct online info as well as the phone number for my warranty company. She even ran through the cold to find my car in their side lot when I was ready to go. All very professional and courteous with my warranty questions. More

When arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told things were running late because of the number of walk ins. I should not have to wait an hour and a half for an oil change tire rotation. Also I get sooo many text messages and emails for my appointment reminders. If I confiirm my appointment please don't keep reminding me. I almost rated this three stars but the staff are always exceptional! More
