Service Appointment We had an appointment for the $59.95 oil change, tire rotation etc. It was done in a very timely manner. Caveat emptor First, I received a recommendation for service of both air filters and wiper blades. I scheduled service for those and tire rotation on 6/11. My g First, I received a recommendation for service of both air filters and wiper blades. I scheduled service for those and tire rotation on 6/11. My girlfriend picked up my vehicle after service and she was told I haven't had a tire rotation in 11,000 miles. And the front tires are halfway through their life. I had them mounted in Dec 2018, have 16,000 miles on them. They should not have that much wear yet. Besides that, on the Toyota Owners website it shows a work order from 2 months ago (6,500 mile) with a tire rotation. That same work order also shows a wiper blade and both air filter replacement. So, I unknowingly paid for blades and filters twice in two months. I am not pleased about getting notifications for service that has already been performed. And for the staff to not recognize that the same services were completed just 2 months ago. As for the tires, I bought them from Toyota and they should last 40,000+ miles. I am disappointed that they are already that far gone. Until this, I have had good experiences with St Cloud Toyota. So I am unsure what will happen next. More
