I had a bolt rusted on my license plate. I was given 8:00 appointment. So I got there on time and it took 2 hours to get it done and then they put old license plate back on. My daughter also I was given 8:00 appointment. So I got there on time and it took 2 hours to get it done and then they put old license plate back on. My daughter also had problems with long waits and poor communication from service department recently. We have been going to Toyota service for over 20 years and have previously had basically good experiences. We have 4 Toyotas in the family and are considering changing where we get our service done.
