Our sales guy, Kyle, did a great job and no pressure and very helpful. We had good negotiations with Kyle and the Finance guy , Nate, and came up with a fair deal for us both. Shermeta and the whole team at xx Cloud Toyota were excellent, they got me in, rented a vehicle to me got me back on the road and fixed my vehicle very quickly. I was back on my journey, w the rented v excellent, they got me in, rented a vehicle to me got me back on the road and fixed my vehicle very quickly. I was back on my journey, w the rented vehicle, maybe something like an hour or hour and a half once my the vehicle was brought in by a 3rd party. Pretty good considering I was broke down on the interstate on a Monday afternoon. I picked my vehicle up 3 days later. Kudos to the whole team but particularly to the Service and Parts departments.... as well as whoever it was in management that followed up on insurance. Pretty seamless for me. I appreciate it. More
