Hour appt turned into 2-1/2 hrs. I made an appointment for my car for a tire rotation and a software update for emissions. I was told it would take 1 hour for the appt. Upon arriving I made an appointment for my car for a tire rotation and a software update for emissions. I was told it would take 1 hour for the appt. Upon arriving I was then told that it would take 1-1/2-2 hours. When it was finally done it was a 2-1/2 hour wait. Also the tv screen in the service area to update customers about their car said "processing paperwork" for about 1/2 hour. How long should it take to process paperwork? Thinking about going electric so I don't have to sit and wait for these service appointments. And by the way your chairs stink. Why not get some recliners so people can at least sleep if they have to wait so long. Or one of those many rooms you got there could be a relaxation room for the customers. With a tv that you can turn up to be able to hear. Might really help business. More

Great work as usual I took my Rav4 in to have work done on the driver’s for molding. The molding had started to pull away from the door. I took it it in, they took a look I took my Rav4 in to have work done on the driver’s for molding. The molding had started to pull away from the door. I took it it in, they took a look and and added some sealant. They told me that the sealant was a temporary fix. They ordered some clips for the door and would call me when they came in. A week later, got the call, took it in and 45 minutes later was driving out of the lot. Thanks again for your professionalism. I’ll recommend St Cloid Toyota for sure! More
