It's ok I go to this Toyota for my Toyota care service because it's the only one near me. I like that they have a service screen that let's you know where you I go to this Toyota for my Toyota care service because it's the only one near me. I like that they have a service screen that let's you know where your vehicle is with it's service. Check in was choppy, they just sent me in without verifying what was being done today and didn't show me where to go. When they called my name I couldn't hear them, I had to check that screen to see that my name was green. Lastly, they did not go over my service at all with me, they just gave me the paperwork after making me sign and then said my car was outside. I had to click my unlock button and listen for where my car was! Definitely not good customer service at all. More

Before St Cloud Toyota, I had been a customer for 20 years at another place that had closed & was apprehensive about finding a great place that I could trust. Kristen has been amazing, hard-working, & trustworthy! I have an older 4Runner that has needed a lot of costly service this last year and I live on a tight budget. Kristen found ways to help me save money by advising on which parts I could get aftermarket & which parts She recommended should be Toyota parts in attempts to help me save money where I could. Dan & Lori have also been great to work with; both going “above & beyond” my expectations. This is now my “go to” service team; a place that I can trust! More
