Safety Upgrade for 2013 Prius V I have been here a number of times and found everyone to be very helpful. I happened to be in the area after I received notification from Toyota for I have been here a number of times and found everyone to be very helpful. I happened to be in the area after I received notification from Toyota for an upgrade in the program for safety issues and they set up an appointment to match my schedule so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. new tires and alignment I understood it would take l hour for tires and if I needed an alignment it would take 45 minutes. It took 4 hours to do this.
