I am not to thrilled about this company.... maybe I am not to thrilled about this company.... maybe its because they are too big where they have forgotten about how to individualize their service I am not to thrilled about this company.... maybe its because they are too big where they have forgotten about how to individualize their service? I have taken my truck to them for a warranty recall and they always promise to clean the vehicle during every service... But of course they chose NOT to follow through on their promise?? I figured that when you spend almost a hundred grand on a vehicle you would get special treatment? Boy was I wrong... I have purchased many new vehicles before, but never have I spent this kind of money and have gotten this kind of service to boot... So I guess the more money you spend the worse service you also get.... Well I will be in the market soon for another new vehicle and at least I know where NOT to shop... Between the sales persons lies and the poor way I have been treated, I will certainly choose a different dealership next time.... More
