I purchased two used trucks from Stapp Toyota in July of 2024. A 2022 Tundra and a 2012 Tacoma. I have had nothing but problems with the Tundra. I have brought my vehicle back multiple times because there a 2024. A 2022 Tundra and a 2012 Tacoma. I have had nothing but problems with the Tundra. I have brought my vehicle back multiple times because there are poor seals on the vehicle, above 50 mph it sounds like you are in a wind tunnel. They said there was a problem with the window seals and they replaced those under warranty although this did not fix the problem. I paid them to replace all of the door seals and this also did not fix the problem. There was a recall on the engine and they replaced it a few months ago, but since then there is vibration in the steering wheel between 60 and 75 mph. There diagnosis was two bent wheels? I have never taken this vehicle 4 wheeling off road, my driving consists of primarily highway driving. I purchased all of their extended warranty’s on this vehicle other than the windshield protection. Stapp does not stand behind their vehicles and I am extremely disappointed. I do not trust their used vehicles nor do I trust their service department. More

When I arrived home from Stapp after having work done on my Tacoma, I saw that the right rear wheel was missing a lug nut, I found it on my driveway. The truck was in for a rear brake line replacement and a my Tacoma, I saw that the right rear wheel was missing a lug nut, I found it on my driveway. It is fortunate that the mechanic left only 1 lug nut loose, rather than all 6, and the potential of what could’ve happened on my driveway home. More

I brought my car in because the battery needed jumped twice in four days. I told the service advisor after it's jumped, the battery tests fine, with 14v. 30 minutes later, the service advisor informed twice in four days.
