I normally decide what I want and check with dealers to see what they have in terms of inventory and price. I then visit the one that gives me the best quote. I figure that if a sales person won't deal with me before I have bought the car, the dealership REALLY won't be interested in working with me once they have my money. When I called Star Auto, I spoke with Tianna Williams, who discussed options. I had already looked at their online inventory and made an appointment for a test drive. To my surprise, she had the car that was the best deal waiting for me by the door when I arrived. We did decide to purchase that particular car--a low-mileage, former Hertz rental, which was what I wanted. The entire procedure took only two hours, from test drive through paperwork, payment and insurance transfer. When I questioned a couple of fees/charges, they were willing to negotiate, without any kind of pressure or shenanigans. Straightforward, no-nonsense. Truly "no-hassle". When my spouse needs a new car in the next couple of years,we will certainly look here, and ask for Ms.Williams. More
