They showed me the meaning of above and beyond!! So I posted a less than favorable review after a I couldn't agree to a finance agreement. To my utmost surprise Vince was still working behind the sce So I posted a less than favorable review after a I couldn't agree to a finance agreement. To my utmost surprise Vince was still working behind the scenes despite my bratty behavior. I received a text the following Monday from Vince saying he obtained different financing with better payments and terms and It will be available to me if I wanted it. I went in and Vince got me a newer better vehicle than the original. A 2013 Kia Sorrento!!!!! Needless to say if you want a vehicle and you do not have the best credit history, give Star Auto Mall 512 a call and you will be surprised at the results. Wonderful I had come in with a car in mind I had told Parvaz about in an email perviously. The car was sold the day before I got there, so he had another vechic I had come in with a car in mind I had told Parvaz about in an email perviously. Scratched my car This place is absolutely terrible. I bought my 2018 car back in August, and I had to bring it back to get detailed because there detailing was closed This place is absolutely terrible. I bought my 2018 car back in August, and I had to bring it back to get detailed because there detailing was closed at the time I bought my car. i saw the guy hit my car, I have brought the manager out before I even left and showed him the mark that was on my car. The manager said he would pay for the touch up paint. I then called a body man and he said that a scratch you can stick your nail in shouldn’t be touched up, it needs to be completely fixed. They need to blend out the whole quarter panel and everything. So my fiancé went in and explained that to the manager, and he said to get him the estimates. I called back a couple weeks later with my estimates, and now all the sudden the manager said he is not fixing the car! That he would only give me $10 for a little paint pen! and conveniently they don’t have the survailance camera footage from that EXACT DAY AND TIME only 2 weeks ago that my car was there! the manager was absolutely rude, he kept getting loud and talking over me, and hung up on me! I can’t believe I was treated this way. Now I have to go out of my pocket and pay for something I didn’t even do! This place is such a joke. Save yourself the trouble, AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
