He explained the options to us, let us ask any questions, but never pressured us in any way. He even drove out of his way to my house to help me pick up a trade-in as my husband was out of town for work. I got this great service the first vehicle I bought, so therefore, that is why we chose to come back and to use Cody for the other sales, He is truly concerned if you are satisfied, even after the sale as we have heard from him on numerous occasions. They have a great staff there including Gary, the Sales Manager as well as Jason in financing, and you can tell they fully support their sales staff and all work very hard together to insure that you are getting the best deal. I do not hesitate to recommend Cody and this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. I have bought several cars during my lifetime, but have never had such a good experience as I did at Star Chevrolet, so I will always return to this dealership for any needs and will pass along my recommendations to anyone that I know in need of their service.
