My 19 year old son and I came into Star GMC of Easton yesterday to test drive a few trucks for him that we saw online. Spent a few hours working a deal on a new GMC truck for my fiance', and she actually signed a purchase agreement which included a 1,000 dollar deposit. She returned the very next day to inform the salesman my fiance', and she actually signed a purchase agreement which included a 1,000 dollar deposit. She returned the very next day to inform the salesman that she did not feel comfortable with the payment, and decided to not go through with the purchase. It was stated that her deposit was non-refundable, so the dealership is admittedly well within its right to keep her deposit. I just feel it is a bad business practice. In her case, Star incurred no real hardship or expense. She returned the very next afternoon. This will definitely keep her, myself, and immediate family members from even considering Star GMC in the future. More

I did my research on a truck, Knew the price I should be paying. In the middle of negations the owner told the sales manager that the truck I was looking at was not for sale anymore, because the owners frie paying. So my deal was kicked away. They worked to get me another truck which was a less of a truck I was looking at. Now being a 30 year customer and how I was treated I should have just left. Never going to buy there again. My 2022 was better then the 2025 I have now. More

I bought several vehicles from star and won't be buying another one. the GM and his son are a real piece of work and collude together for about 50% of the sales that come through that dealership and have A another one. the GM and his son are a real piece of work and collude together for about 50% of the sales that come through that dealership and have Absolutely Zero Respect or appreciation for the customer. but anyways, after purchasing several trucks and suv's over the years I reserved my Hummer ev on day 1 when reservations came available and because of a little dispute between my dad and I Greg the manager decided he was gonna keep the Hummer that I had reserved xxxx near 2 years prior and just keep it for his dealership so he could sell it for 10k over sticker. I paid the 100 bucks to reserve that thing and waited for 2 years and was decent enough to choose their dealership just to get it stolen from me. I would Not recommend buying or getting service from these people. and to make it even worse Greg didn't even give me the 100 dollar deposit that I spent on the reservation back when he stole it out from under me. scam artists More
