Poor experience. Lied to. Bad car We recently bought car here. Got promised a warranty to sell the car and went in with the check to purchase and suddenly we couldn't have the warranty We recently bought car here. Got promised a warranty to sell the car and went in with the check to purchase and suddenly we couldn't have the warranty. I test drove the car which they had just inspected and I questioned the brakes seeming to go pretty far to floor and wanted them checked before I got it. They said they did and they were fine. They said the pads would need to be replaced by next inspection. I have had the car little over a month and my driver door broke wouldn't lock or open from inside. I took it to another dealer where my wife leases from and asked them to check brakes and to check it over. Well the brakes in question it turns out the rotors are totally shot to point of failing and also my steering rack is shot and gonna fail. This passed inspection. It is now going to cost over $2500 to fix. Thank you star. Do not recommend going here I have reported to truecar and they have called star and Starr had the nerve to say they told me everything that was wrong with the car and that the brakes were bad. They flat out lied to them too.who would pay full retail value of $8500 for a 2006 and drive the car off the lot with bad brakes and failing steering if they knew bout it. True car didn't believe them and is moving to punish and remove from their list More

I could not be happier with my experience as a whole at Star Car Buick GMC Easton. I dealt with Marcos Nascimento 90% of the time and had some conversations with John Grello as well. Sometimes we dread going to the car dealership as much as the DMV, but I must say, Marcos and John made my experience as good as it could possibly be. Marcos is not your typical, pushy, salsey associate. He was knowledgeable, professional and an absolute joy to work with. He laid out all of our options for us and at no point tried to push anything on us. He recognized our vehicle needs as a couple and worked hard to get to where we needed to be. I truly feel that we got the very best deal we could have on this car and I never felt disrespected or "shafted". Between the bargaining and business conversation, we talked to Marcos about our personal lives and he made us feel very comfortable. It really felt like a business dinner with a friend rather than a trip to the dealership! Moving forward, I will always be coming back to Marcos for any of my vehicle needs and I recommend him to EVERYONE. John was also fantastic in our buying experience. We met some roadblocks along the way because of course everyone wants to "win" the deal, but John came out to reassure us that we were receiving the very best offer on our Terrain and I 100% believe him. He laid out every aspect of the process and figures clearly and was just as courteous, respectful and knowledgeable as Marcos. Overall my experience was enjoyable and Marcos/John were honest, fair and thorough. We will be getting our new Terrain serviced at Star and when I buy a vehicle for myself in the next couple years I will be heading back here and walking straight to Marcos' desk!
