Making the impossible happen I've wanted a new car for a while now but I thought that I would not be able to afford one, so I never looked.. My boyfriend, who never thought he would be able to afford a truck, drove off the lot with a new GMC Sierra 4 months prior and he credits it all to Marcos. The very day my car was smashed I looked at my boyfriend and told him "We need to see Marcos" and within 24 hours I was in Pa working out a plan. I am now intensely enjoying my 2015 Buick Encore, something I never thought possible. Marcos cares about the costumers wants and needs above just trying to make a sale. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable with everything discussed and he does his best to make sure you get the best offer. 'He sat with my father and i for hours going over everything dealing with the lease as well as going over everything in the car. Explaining how everything worked. He even walked us through the service centers and showed me where i would take my car when i need anything fixed or inspections. Never pressured! We came into the dealership just for pricing and information on leasing. We ended up leaving with a lease for a new Terrain. The car we were looking at originally was not in our budget, but Dave Patino did everything he could to get it into our price range and allow us to leave with the car we wanted! We ended up in the dealership a little longer than expected, but all the staff made sure to offer snacks and beverages to make sure we were ok. We will definitely go back for future cars! More

I am a return customer to Star Car in Easton, but it's because of him. I'm know the other individuals do a fine job there as well, but call me spoiled I only deal with Marcos. He is respectful, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to really listen to what YOU WANT. I just purchased my second car through him and as long as he remains at Star Car, I will never go anywhere else. My wife and I don't have a lot of money and don't have perfect credit. We have two kids so safety, and reliability are our main concerns. Marcos probably could have steered towards something more expensive and did him self a favor. But there is none of that in him. He gets you the car that is right for you! Never any pressure, he asks insightful questions to help you narrow down your options. I've never been more comfortable with a purchase, large or small. I know this is a lengthy review, but that is only because I couldn't speak more highly of him!
