I explained what I wanted to due with my present truck (a GMC 2014 from Star) and gave him all my information. A date was made for Friday Aug. 28 at 9:00am . I arrived at the dealership and Ryan was waiting for me. We went out on the lot and picked two trucks I liked the most. This is when the Team went to work on my deal. The team consisted of Greg Smith who I have known for about 20 yrs., John Grello, Ryan Anderson and Keith Muir who I have known for couple years. These guys worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and I was going to be happy with, not the vehicle they needed to sell. They even went to the owner to get the best deal they could for me. This may seem like a bunch of Bull but when you have exceptional team at a dealership the owner (Clete Landis) should be told about it. I had the pleasure of talking with Mr.Landis and he is a very down to earth and very personable person. He has picked a very exceptional team to work at his dealership both in selling vehicles and in his maintenance department. I've had the pleasure of dealing with both. There were no gimmicks, no hidden costs, no nonsense. I was treated exceptional upon my arrival and was able to have a pleasurable truck buying experience. Greg,John, Rayn and Keith were personable, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable in there professions. I immediately felt like part of the family working with these fine gentlemen and I will return for all my vehicle buying after this one. After all of the paperwork was done and my car was cleaned and the Gas wad filled I was greeted by the supervisor who congratulated me and gave me a bag of goodies. It was a very nice touch. This again, was the first time so much attention and detail has been put on me buying a truck.
