I've had many disappointing and less than stellar experiences with other dealerships but Ryan was awesome. We came in with a good idea of what we were looking for, explored some of the other options, test drove the car we had in mind and our minds were easily made up. There was no high pressure. No sales gimmicks. No shady tactics. Just honesty. That was very refreshing. The dealership went above and beyond to get us into the new-to-us 2010 GMC Acadia that very night. I can finally say, thanks to Ryan, that I have found MY dealership and a sales associate that I look forward to dealing with again. He even called to check up and see how we were loving the car!!!
