As we were filling out paperwork for my fiance's car i explained to adam how i was interested in a Buick Verano. I could not drive out of there on saturday with the car but adam assured he would do everything he could to get me into this car. On monday i got a phone call with an idea from him and at 2 o'clock i was down there getting my new car!!! Adam is a great person and truly made us happy with our two brand new cars. More

When we were ready to make our purchase, STAR Buick did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for but they were able to make a 'dealer trade' happen so that we could continue doing business with them rather than go out of our way to Doylestown to purchase our vehicle. The process was smooth and paperwork was not as much of a headache as I remember it being with previous vehicle purchases. Ryan Anderson assisted with the paperwork and he was great as well- just had a genuinely kind personality about him! We were greeted by a lovely woman as we walked in the door, and introduced to our salesman, Adam Milhalko. Adam was amazing, my wife does not like buying cars due to bad past experiences with salesmen. However, Adam set her and my mind at ease instantly, he was so friendly and knowledgeable, he showed us what we were looking for as well as an alternative option for a better price. We left with a brand new GMC Sierra 1500 instead of the smaller Canyon for the exact price we wanted. We could not ask for a nicer experience, or a better salesman.
