What made this purchase such a pleasant experience was due to the customer service that Adam gave to me. He was not just selling a car, he genuinely cared about his customer, He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and listen to what I wanted and he delivered it all. He called when he said he would and kept me informed throughout the process. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and would defiantly return to Star and work with Adam again. New vs. Used / Diesel vs. Gas My recent experience with this dealer ship and my salesman "Adam Mihalko" was complete and perfect. I came in looking for a used vehicle and wound up My recent experience with this dealer ship and my salesman "Adam Mihalko" was complete and perfect. I came in looking for a used vehicle and wound up purchasing a brand new 2500 sierra. They showed me the pros and cons to both used and new and based on rebates and loan longevity they were able to put me in a lower monthly payment on a brand new vehicle than the actual used vehicles I was looking at. Adam new the ins and outs of the truck thoroughly and was able to relay them clearly to me. He even loaded the aps on to my phone that help control different aspects of the vehicle and then took the time to show me exactly how they worked and what they did. I left having no questions to my decision or transaction. It couldn't have gone better. Thank you Corey Zavecz More
