Amazing Service About 4 months ago my wife and I decided we needed to start looking for a new vehicle. Our family members have come to Star for a while now. So after About 4 months ago my wife and I decided we needed to start looking for a new vehicle. Our family members have come to Star for a while now. So after being told to come see what was available, we sat down with Marcos and figured out what we could find. After telling Marcos what we were looking for he said that he would be on the look out for anything he thought we would like. Within the first few weeks Marcos had found a few vehicles that were in the range of what we wanted. While we passed on those Marcos kept looking diligently. Last week we saw a used Yukon Denali the was a little bit more than what we had told him we were looking to spend, we asked him to bring to the Hecktown rd location. After test driving the vehicle we fell in Love with the vehicle. Marcos said he would do everything he could to make the payments work. After only back 2 times to the finance dept. Marcos came back with an amazing number that we liked. We immediately started the paperwork, but unfortunately it was late in the day on Saturday to complete all the bank paperwork. Marcos reassured us that it would not be an issue and said to take the Yukon home and he would get back to us Monday morning first thing. Monday came, and he called back with an even better number than what we had thought. We would up have fewer monthly payments. After all said and done, Marcos did an amazing job on everything for us. I had always bought Dodge vehicles for personal and business use. After having such a good experience I have changed my mind on where we will be buying all of our vehicles! Kudos to Marcos for all the hard work he did and I am looking forward to making my next purchase with him for personal AND business vehicles. Marcos keep an eye on that "Rocky Ridge" truck for me! HAHA More

Awesome experience I had decided to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter as congratulations on completing her first year of college which happened to coincide w I had decided to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter as congratulations on completing her first year of college which happened to coincide with her birthday. Not to mention the fact that her car engine had decided to eat itself a path to the junkyard. At approximately 10 AM I called David Patino, interested specifically in a vehicle I saw through their website. From that point on I was made to feel like the most important person in Dave's life. Dave worked with me one on one on the purchase from that time until I signed the last paper. Upon arrival at the dealership Dave introduced me to ALL of his fellow employeesworking that night including the General Mgr.Greg Smith. Each of them were like Dave, in that they made me feel like the most important person to walk through that door, but more importantly, like a friend. 2 things to note: Dave called me at 4 PM and said the car was ready to be picked up. I hemmed and hawed because getting a ride to the dealership proved to be a difficult task that night. (I live in Allentown). Dave offered and did in fact pick me up in his personal car and take me to the dealership. The second thing I would like to note is that being a used car, some things are "as is". The car was virtually unblemished except for 2 of the four hubcaps, which had some sort of very noticeable staining. I heard with my own ears Dave tell Greg about the problem and Greg without hesitation say "Order four new hubcaps". This in my experience is unheard of. They all have gained a cheerleader in me, and would recommend anyone else in the market to stop here first ! More

Marcos was very experienced with the car I wanted to purchase. Marcos made everything so easy. Even Mark in financing made the experience so wonderful. I cannot say enough about Marcos. I went in to take a look at one and Derrick greeted me within 5 minutes of being on the lot. We test drove it and then went in to get down to business. Greg was great in explaining the deal and the numbers. Mark sealed the deal with getting us a great rate. All of these individuals came together as a TEAM to get the job done. We were very, very close to signing a deal at a nearby dealership for a NEW CAR, but we chose to stay with Star for the used vehicle. Derrick stayed in constant contact with me via text as I was at the other dealership and talked me into coming back into Star. EXCELLENT SERVICE! As I was sitting at his desk, his co-workers were all very friendly and helpful. They all laughed and made the situation less stressful as it is in some dealerships.
