Despite the fact that he was a Wilkes guy, we had a GREAT experience! :) From the beginning it was like buying a car from a college buddy. We came in looking to replace our mid-size truck so naturally we wanted to know about the Canyon. Adam was very accommodating and showed us the Canyon and took the time to understand what we were looking for. After talking through what we needed Adam showed us a Sierra with great rebates. It met all of our needs and actually hit the same price point we would have paid for the smaller truck. We are no longer a mid-size truck family, we have upgraded to the big one and we have Adam to thank. I can't say enough about what a laid back and great experience we had at Star. 6 Dealerships,4 test drives,only 1 GMC Terrain Denali @ STAR My boyfriend and I had a great experience with ADAM when I bought my new Terrain. I had to see the vehicle myself, so I went over the next day to take a look at it and Needless to say I haven't bought a car in over 8 Years so it's a lot to take in, but with Adam and his crew at STAR, it was a great experience and I would definitely buy another car from there and from Adam too! He took all of my texts and responded back in adequate time. I had A LOT of questions, and Adam being the great salesman he is, took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Entertaining my two boys and starting to work the deal with me the first night . He allowed me to leave with the truck and take it home and allow my wife to look at it. Adam was more than willing to take a phone call from me on his personal time that night and answer some questions me and my wife had. He also took the time to speak with my wife the next day and explain all of the pros of the GMC Sierra. My wife and I returned to the dealership on Saturday and we were greeted with a smile from Adam. He took us to see other options of vehicles that were in our price range but after looking at all of them my wife realized the GMC Sierra was the one for us. My wife and I appreciated him taking his time with us on that Saturday. He was never pushy like most salesman sometimes tend to be, he was very happy and willing to answer any questions we had. After we purchased the GMC Sierra he walked us through the entire Star Buick dealership and showed us the service area and explained all of the extras you get along with purchasing your vehicle. I must say the free car wash they offer is AWESOME!!! What dealership do you know that does that. They also offer free inspection which is a great advantage along with that they offer car service for those days when your vehicle needs service and you don't have time to wait. All we can say is that Adam and the staff were the best to deal with. If anyone asks me about purchasing a vehicle Star Buick will always be my suggestion. Thanks again I LOVE my new vehicle!!! More
